Rixa uses a role-based system to control what each team member can do. Here is what each role includes.
Owner
Full access to everything. This includes all business settings, financial data, payouts, team management, and service configuration. The person who registers the business is automatically the owner.
Manager
Operations-level access. Managers can handle bookings, services, staff schedules, customers, offers, and gallery. They cannot access financial settings, payout requests, or commission details.
Staff
Limited to their own work. Staff members can view and manage their own bookings, update their own schedule and availability, and see their assigned services. They cannot view other staff members' bookings or change any business settings.
Receptionist
Front-desk focused. Receptionists can manage all bookings across staff, view and manage customer records, and handle day-to-day scheduling. They cannot modify services, staff settings, or access financial information.
