Booking Statuses

Every booking in Rixa goes through a series of statuses. Here is what each one means.

Created

The booking has been initiated by the customer but payment has not been processed yet. This is the very first state.

Payment Pending

The customer has submitted the booking and payment is being processed. This usually resolves within seconds.

Pending

Payment is confirmed and the booking is waiting for the provider to accept. You have 60 minutes to respond before auto-cancellation.

Confirmed

You have accepted the booking. The customer is notified and the appointment is locked in.

On The Way

For home visit bookings, this means the provider or driver is traveling to the customer's location. Update this status when you leave for the appointment.

In Progress

The service is currently being performed. Mark this when you begin the appointment.

Completed

The service is finished. This triggers the earnings to be added to your wallet. Always mark bookings as completed when the work is done.

Cancelled

The booking was cancelled by either the customer or the provider. Refund rules depend on who cancelled and when.

Refunded

A refund has been issued for this booking. The customer has received their money back either to their original payment method or wallet.

Rescheduled

The booking has been moved to a new date or time. The original slot is freed up and the booking continues with the new schedule.

No Show

The customer did not show up for their appointment. Depending on cancellation policy settings, a penalty may be charged to the customer.
