What Rixa Does

Rixa is a platform that connects customers with independent beauty and wellness providers. We facilitate the booking and payment process but do not employ the providers directly.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include 15 percent VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.

Payment Methods

You can pay using cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Tamara buy-now-pay-later, or your Rixa wallet balance.

Service Quality

Each provider is responsible for the quality of their services. If you have an issue with a service, you can report it through the app and our support team will help resolve it.

Governing Law

All disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
