Yes, you can configure delivery fees based on distance zones. Set different prices for different kilometer ranges, and customers will see the applicable fee before they confirm their booking.

How do I define my service area?

Use the geofence feature in the backoffice to draw your coverage area on a map. Only customers within your defined area will see you when searching for home visit services.

Can I have multiple locations?

Yes, you can register additional business locations under the same account. Each location has its own services, staff, hours, and settings. You can switch between them in the app or backoffice.

How do I add a sub-admin to help manage my business?

Go to the team management section and add a new user with the appropriate role. You can assign roles like manager, staff, or receptionist, each with different levels of access.

Can I block a customer?

Yes, you can block a customer from your business. Go to your customer list, find the customer, and select Block. They will not be able to book with you while blocked.

How do I create a special offer?

Go to the Offers section in your app or backoffice. You can create percentage or fixed-amount discounts, set validity periods, and control how many times each customer can use the offer.

Can I generate an invoice for a booking?

Yes, invoices are generated automatically for completed bookings. You can view and share them from the booking details screen.

How do I block time on my calendar?

Use the unavailability feature to block time slots. You can set one-time blocks or recurring blocks, and choose between all-day blocks or specific time windows.

How do I manage my gallery?

Go to the Gallery section in your app or backoffice. You can upload photos, set a feature image, reorder images, add captions, and delete photos you no longer want displayed.
