I am not receiving booking notifications. What should I do?

Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone settings for the Rixa app. Also check the notification settings inside the app under your profile. If everything looks correct, try logging out and back in.

A customer did not show up for their appointment. What happens?

You can mark the booking as No Show from the booking details screen. Depending on your cancellation policy settings, the customer may be charged a penalty. The system keeps a record of no-shows for each customer.

A customer is disputing a charge. What should I do?

Contact Rixa support with the booking details. Our team will review the dispute and work with both parties to reach a resolution. Keep any relevant communication or evidence of the completed service.

My verification is taking too long. How can I speed it up?

Make sure all your documents are uploaded clearly and completely. Blurry photos or missing information cause delays. If it has been more than a few business days, contact support and reference your application.

How do I contact Rixa support as a partner?

Call +966 920009812, email care@rixa.app, or use the in-app support feature. The in-app option creates a ticket so you can track the progress of your issue.

My booking was auto-cancelled. Why?

If you do not confirm or respond to a booking within 60 minutes, the system automatically cancels it and refunds the customer. Make sure your notifications are on and you respond to new bookings promptly.

How do I get back to the onboarding wizard?

Look for the "Continue Setup" card on your dashboard. Tapping it takes you right back to where you left off. You can also navigate directly to /onboarding in the backoffice. The wizard remembers your progress, and any work you did outside the wizard (like adding services from the main app) is automatically recognized.

My payout is delayed. What should I do?

Payouts typically process within a few business days. If your payout has not arrived after that, check that your bank details are correct in your profile. If everything looks right, contact support with the payout request details.
