The calendar gives you a visual overview of all your bookings and availability in one place.

Visual Overview

The calendar shows confirmed bookings, pending requests, and blocked times. Each booking is color-coded by status so you can quickly see what needs attention.

Day, Week, and Month Views

Switch between day, week, and month views depending on how much detail you need. The day view shows individual time slots, the week view gives a broader picture, and the month view helps with long-term planning.

Creating Appointments

You can create bookings directly from the calendar. Tap on an empty time slot, select the customer and service, and confirm. This is useful for walk-ins or phone bookings.

Rescheduling from the Calendar

Drag and drop a booking to a new time slot to reschedule it. The customer will be notified automatically. Make sure the new slot does not conflict with existing bookings.

Filtering

Filter the calendar by staff member to see individual schedules. This helps when managing a team and you need to check a specific person's availability or workload.
