How do I leave a review?

After your booking is completed, you will receive a prompt to rate your experience. You can also go to your booking history, open a completed booking, and tap Leave Review. Choose a star rating and write your feedback.

Are reviews anonymous?

No, reviews are posted with your name visible to the provider. This helps maintain trust and accountability on the platform.

Can I add photos to my review?

Yes, you can attach photos when writing your review. This is a great way to show the results of the service you received.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Once posted, reviews cannot be edited or deleted from the app. If you need to change or remove a review — for example, if it was posted by mistake or contains an error — please contact support at care@rixa.app and we will help you out.
