What payment methods are available?

You can pay with cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Tamara buy-now-pay-later, or your Rixa wallet balance. Available methods may vary depending on the provider.

What is Tamara?

Tamara is a buy-now-pay-later service. It lets you split your payment into installments with no interest. You can select Tamara as your payment method at checkout if it is available for your booking.

What is the Rixa wallet?

The wallet is a balance stored in your Rixa account. You can use it to pay for bookings, and it is also where refunds are credited if you choose. Wallet payments are processed instantly.

How do I add money to my wallet?

Go to your profile, tap Wallet, and choose Top Up. You can add funds using a credit or debit card. The balance is available immediately.

Can I use my wallet balance to pay for a booking?

Yes, select Wallet as your payment method during checkout. If your wallet balance is not enough, you can combine it with another payment method.

Is there a service fee?

A small platform service fee of up to 5 SAR may apply per booking for online payments. Cash bookings have no service fee. During the 2 months free promotion, this fee is waived.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown in the app include 15 percent VAT. The amount you see is exactly what you will pay.

How do I add or remove a payment card?

Go to your profile, tap Payment Methods, and you can add a new card or remove an existing one. Your card details are stored securely and encrypted.

How do I use Apple Pay?

If you have Apple Pay set up on your device, it will appear as a payment option at checkout. Just select it and confirm with Face ID or Touch ID.
