How do I apply a promo code?

During checkout, look for the promo code field and enter your code. The discount will be applied to your total before you confirm payment.

What is the 2 months free offer?

New users get two months with no platform service fees on their bookings. The offer starts from the date you create your account and applies automatically.

How do I find current offers?

Check the Offers section in the app. Providers can create special discounts on their services, and these are highlighted so you can easily spot deals.

Why is my promo code not working?

Promo codes may have expiry dates, usage limits, or minimum order requirements. Make sure the code has not expired and that your booking meets the conditions. If the issue persists, contact support for help.
