What is Rixa?

Rixa is a beauty and wellness booking app for Saudi Arabia. It lets you discover salons, spas, and beauty professionals, then book and pay all in one place.

How do I download the app?

Search for "Rixa" in the App Store or Google Play and install it. The app is free to download and use.

How do I create an account?

Open the app, tap Sign Up, and enter your phone number. You will receive a verification code by SMS. Enter the code, fill in your name and email, and you are ready to go.

I had a Boon account. What happens to it?

Your Boon account has been migrated to Rixa automatically. Just log in with the same phone number you used on Boon and everything will be there, including your booking history and saved addresses.

What is different about Rixa compared to Boon?

Rixa is faster, simpler, and has a completely redesigned interface. The booking process takes fewer steps, the app loads quicker, and partners now have a built-in wallet for earnings.

Which cities is Rixa available in?

Rixa is available across Saudi Arabia. You can search for services in any city where providers have registered.

What does "2 months free" mean?

New users enjoy two months with no platform fees. During this period, you will not be charged any service fees on your bookings. After the free period, a small service fee of up to 5 SAR may apply per booking.
