How do I cancel a booking?
Open your booking from My Bookings, tap Cancel, and confirm. If you are within the free cancellation window, no penalty applies.
Will I be charged for cancelling?
It depends on when you cancel. Each provider sets a free cancellation window. If you cancel before that window closes, there is no charge. If you cancel after, a penalty may apply based on the provider's policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds to your credit or debit card take 10 to 45 business days depending on your bank. Refunds to your Rixa wallet are instant.
Where does my refund go?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid by card, it goes back to that card. If you paid by wallet, it returns to your wallet.
What if the provider cancels on me?
If a provider cancels your booking, you automatically receive a full refund with no penalties. You will be notified immediately so you can rebook with another provider.
