How do I book a service?
Open the app, find a salon or provider you like, pick the services you want, choose a date and time, then confirm and pay. It only takes a few taps.
What is the difference between a home visit and a salon visit?
A salon visit means you go to the provider's location. A home visit means the professional comes to your address. Some providers offer both, and prices may differ between the two.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 90 days in advance. This gives you plenty of time to plan ahead for special occasions.
What is the minimum advance booking time?
You need to book at least 4 hours before the appointment time. This gives the provider enough time to prepare.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Yes, you can add several services from the same provider into a single booking. Just select all the services you want before choosing your time slot.
Can I book as a guest without an account?
Yes, guest booking is available. You can browse services and complete a booking by entering your phone number at checkout without creating a full account.
How does guest booking work?
When you check out as a guest, you provide your phone number and receive a verification code. Your booking is confirmed once verified, and you can track it using the link sent to your phone.
How do I find available time slots?
After selecting your services, tap on a date and the app will show you all available time slots for that day. Slots are shown in 15-minute intervals.
Can I book a specific staff member?
Yes, if the provider has listed their staff, you can pick a specific person when booking. If you do not choose, the provider will assign someone for you.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes, you can reschedule from the booking details screen as long as the new time is within the provider's availability. Rescheduling follows the same cancellation rules, so check the free cancellation window first.
How do I track my booking status?
Go to My Bookings in the app. Each booking shows its current status, and you will receive push notifications when the status changes.
What do the booking statuses mean?
Pending means the provider has not yet confirmed. Confirmed means they accepted. In Progress means your service is underway. Completed means the appointment is done. Cancelled means either you or the provider cancelled it.
What happens if the provider does not accept my booking?
If the provider does not respond within 60 minutes, your booking is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund.
What if the provider is running late?
If your provider is running late, they can update the status to let you know. You will receive a notification. If the delay is unacceptable, you can cancel following the normal cancellation policy.
Are there delivery fees for home visits?
Some providers charge delivery fees for home visits based on distance. You will see the delivery fee clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
