How do I update my profile?
Go to your profile in the app and tap Edit. You can change your name, email, and profile photo from there.
Can I change my phone number?
Phone numbers cannot be changed directly in the app since they are tied to your account identity. Please contact support at care@rixa.app or call +966 920009812 to request a phone number change.
How do I manage my saved addresses?
Go to your profile, tap Addresses, and you can add, edit, or delete your saved addresses. These are used for home visit bookings.
Can I save a salon as a favorite?
Yes, tap the heart icon on any salon or provider page to save it to your favorites. You can find all your saved favorites in the Favorites section of the app.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to your profile, tap Notifications, and toggle the types of notifications you want to receive. We recommend keeping booking notifications on so you do not miss updates.
Can I change the app language?
Yes, go to your profile and tap Language. You can switch between English and Arabic at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to your profile, tap Edit Profile, and choose Delete Account. Deleting your account is permanent and removes your profile, bookings history, saved addresses, and favorites. If you need help, contact support at care@rixa.app or call +966 920009812.
